Exclamation PLEASE HELP with - Pocket Bike Igniton, and Front Breaks

Hello,
Im new to pocket bikes as well as this forum. So if i say or do anything wrong, please forgive me.

Have already taken fairings off ^^^

I bought a 2nd hand larger size pocket bike from the tender center and just picked it up today. $100, i think its pretty cheap considering its a larger one. I only hope it doesn't cost much to fix!
The person had had a little crash, so the front fairing was missing, and the fuel tank was a little bent over but nothing i cant fix.

One problem is, i dont have a key. The tender center told me that none were given to them. The lady i spoke to told me she would forward my number to the seller, so hopefully i can find out if they have the key.
Is there anyway i can hot wire this to get it going?
Here's a picture of it,

Also, im pretty sure something is missing from the front break system, also the tube (i dont know what it is) that connects to the break pad im guessing is not attached.
Here is some more pictures.

Basically, what am i missing from the front break system here.
And is there anyway i can hotwire this thing to get it going, or can i buy a new ignition system, im handy with a soldering iron.

PLEASE HELP.
Thanks for anyone that responds

Your missing the brake caliper which bolts onto the two holes in the fork.
The ignition should be easy. They are really just two switches. When its switched to off the coil will be shorted to ground. When on it wont be. It also switches the lights and starter function (if it has it) on and off.
So if you just want a quick fix wire in two switches.

Does anyone know how?

Does anyone know which wires i would need to cross?
Im guessing green is ground.
Do i just need to cross the other 3?
There is a white striped black wire, a red, and a Black. Plus the green that im assuming is ground.
Any help much appreciated!

Jakob
