Sneak Peak of the New Bollins Racing Dyno

Hi guys here is a sneak peak of the Bollins Racing Minimoto chassis dyno that i am currently building, this dyno will be able to provide you with the HP & Torque that your bike is producing to the rear wheel & also will be able to print it out for you,

the dyno should be complete & running by mid march we are awaiting the roller & all the data equipment, this is a purpose built minimoto chassis dyno

cheers

Awsome.. How much will you be charging to run a bike on there??

Also could interstaters just send there motors down and you can bolt into a frame for a run??

this is a full chassis dyno so you really need to send the complete bike down so that you can test it with your pipe & so on

Oh, ok..

Also, I heard that the only other supposed dyno in Aus only gives max RPM, water temp, exhaust temp/sensor readings..Then a guesstamate is made on the power output..

Will this one give definative rear wheel Hp ???

here is another progress pic

the red tape is the width of the roller & the brake, & the 2 sprockets on the other side cant be properly mounted until the roller is in, witch will hopefully be very soon
you cant really see it in this pic but the wheel base is fully adjustable to take pretty much any bike

i'll be sure to keep you all updated

ps & before you ask no thats not the rear axle :-)

Is that a half-fairing CAG chassis in the right hand side corner?

The transformation from the first pic to the second pic only took 10 days...
Its coming alone quick and i cant wait to see a video of a bike on it.
