changing over a tyre?

Hey everyone,
I have a spare rim and wanted to change a tyre over on it.
How is the old tyre removed and new one put on?

Thanks
Adrian

Get a set of metal tyre levers...Flat bladed screwdrivers also do the trick but can cause damage if your not careful...

1. Take rim of bike (not in your case)

2. Let all the air out your tyre..

3. Using your knee, break the bead on the tyre by forcing the edge of the tyre into the centre of the rim..

4. Place the tyre lever under the bead on the opposite side that your knee is pushing in..

5. Simply work your way around the tyre popping the bead of the rim..
