nice description

ive got a blata rep coming soon that has the radiator setup like that, but im curious whats with the two connections to the over flow bottle?

One of them is a water feed. The smaller of the two lines is an air bleed which allows water to displace air in the radiator. As water is added the air must be evacuated. That's where it goes.

I found the best way to fill the system is to remove the small air breather off the overflow bottle and then fill the bottle with water and blow into that little line. You keep doing that till you get a mouth full of water or it blows out. You'll figure out what I mean

typical of chinese to set somthing up so it just works

id say it was just cost cutting with the hose kits & radiators availiable & no thought was put into the final plumbing or how it would actually work

Thumbs up Banshee Radiator.

Well thanks fellas.And a big thanks to you crash.You must have done some lookin around.I must be lazy:o).When you see the pics of the radiator it makes sense.I will try it.Mine doesnt over heat ,but i will still replumb it anyway.

well did what crash done.Took it out to day at the track.Temp 34 and humidity 80%. flogged it all day.Six tanks of gas and no worries at all.Didnt over heat or go off song all day.This works well fellas.Many thanks.Over heating on a banshee is solved as far as im concerned.
