| | | wanted:stock 49cc head to upgrade from 40cc
hey,
im looking at upgrading my 40cc bike to 49cc,
if anybody out there has upgraded their engine with a headstrong kit etc. and has their stock 49cc parts sitting around, im interested in buying them.
also if someone out there has a busted cag with a working engine and carby (clutch and clutch bell not needed),- as long as it is 49cc i am interested in buying it. good frame not needed either

yeah yeah thatd be awesome, ive already done a fair bit of stuff to my bike, the only things i can do to it now would be to make it 40cc and to upgrade the carby.
ive already got an advanced timing key, lightened flywheel, heavy duty clutch, 3rd bearing, fiberglass reeds and a new exaust (the exaust is a bit suss as i got it off of ebay, im not sure if it has any performance gains, but the bike did come with an exaust without any expansion chamber, it was just a straight peice of pipe, dodgy!)
so all that i can think of is to upgrade to a proper 49cc, a better exaust, and possibly a new carby, (although im told that the stock ones work just fine)

dawall sounds like the pipe you bought without any expansion cones won,t be very good, you have lost around 1,000 rpms allready.
