i don't mean to hijack your post in anyway RD but if anyone wants a fibreglass reed (which was discussed earlier in this thread) i have one for sale for $15. this would make the complete kit

r1, that is very true adding the glass reeds does make up the full power kit, still for less than $100.

Do you have any idea how much that setup is??? exxxy $$$

I just got this
with an IP v2 pipe to go with it. (I actually have the torquer 44 kit, just this pic shows the dome)

Its going on the 40cc cag block I had the 49cc sleeper head on.

I'll let ya know how it goes coz I recokon it will do just as well as that PBU one, or if not about 5% off maybe from that one. 8)

I'll admit that I have to clean it up a fair bit with wet & dry sand paper and use a small file on one port to just get rid of the sharp edge, but I reckon it will go pretty well.

razzor, looks good mate, one thing worthwhile doing if you have a dremmel is, have a look at the base gasket, notice the size of the transfere area, put the gasket on the barrell and you will see alot of transfere restriction, remove material from the base of transferes and shamfer in. will add even more boost.
