ok, for starters, that is a piston port style electric start engine, not a cag engine

secondly, in order to install, just say a four stroke motor, you will need to cut out the existing 2 stroke brackets and then once you've got the four stroke motor you'd need to weld it onto the brackets, so you will need a welder and some sort of machinary for cutting off the existing brackets. this will have to be done in order to install any other motor other than the type that's already in there, but i'm not trying to discourage you it can be done with some effort.

finally, even though it seems like a crappy engine there are some things that you can do to it to have it reving at 12,840 rpm. go talk to viperformance, they specialize in "souping up" these types of motors.

www.viperformance.com.au

hope this helps

pbu have got the best head kits for these bikes, you can also get them through viperformance, and they also supply race ported HP carbs too

judging by the image you posted your air filter is facing forwards and the exhaust is facing to the rear of the bike, this means that the only pipes that will fit are pipes designed for the cat eye, the x1, and the x2. there are some very good pipes out there for those types of bikes.

the pipes under "49cc" and "x1,x2" should fit your bike but as i have had no experience with your type of bike at all i cannot be certain
