ok, for starters, that is a piston port style electric start engine, not a cag engine
secondly, in order to install, just say a four stroke motor, you will need to cut out the existing 2 stroke brackets and then once you've got the four stroke motor you'd need to weld it onto the brackets, so you will need a welder and some sort of machinary for cutting off the existing brackets. this will have to be done in order to install any other motor other than the type that's already in there, but i'm not trying to discourage you it can be done with some effort.
finally, even though it seems like a crappy engine there are some things that you can do to it to have it reving at 12,840 rpm. go talk to viperformance, they specialize in "souping up" these types of motors.
