thats a very good price i paid nilly $2000 for the same motor from ozminimoto.com an is one of the best motor i have had

sorry to disapoint you x6 but they most certainly can i have one right hear & i have the dyno printoutto prove it, but i would be willing to bet that this particular engine thats for sale is not i would say from my experience that around 14hp to 15 hp it where they are unless you spend a lot of time testing & trying different things & even then they are very highly tuned so they have to be bang on the jetting to get this sort of power

It is obvious to see that x6 is just wasted space. I dont know why he is even on this forum as he has no posative input and it is obvious that you ride a jumbo and have never riden a proper italian pocket bike with real horse power and that is a good deal on that motor
