easy way is to get 2 screw drivers one on each side of the clutch pyramid and lever it up and off the crank rods takes about 2-5mins depending on how hard it is on there but it works otherwise yer go to a site and buy a clutch remover

yes lever it off screw a longer bolt back in most of the way and while levering give it a few soft taps with a hammer a small amount of heat can also help alot to soften the locktite or locking resin/glue they use

I know this thread is old but i thought this might be of use to people,

I made a clutch/pulley remover that works a treat.

I used 12x6 fms <3x85, 3x15 and 1x75 as handle, offset 33%> and 19.2 duragal pipe <60mm>, a 150 mm dynabolt and nut and some 5mm bolts. welded it together, bob's yer aunties live in lover, you've got a pulley remover.

I intend to bend the claws in a few degrees to get some extra bite, but i did this on the fly and it got me out of a jam.

Here's a shot or two..

Regards, Claw

If your buying from ozminimoto he has clutch removers. They ar about $20. however they arnt that hard to get off. It will have holes in it that you can put a bolt into and then yank it off by the bolt by grabing the bolt with a claw hammer and genly tappin the handle with another hammer if that makes sense. If you want a clutch puller your going to need 2. One for the cag clutch and one for your new two shoe. Id just yank the original clutch off and get a puller for the one you will be using.
