Polini top end swap

Am interested if I can replace my Polini 40cc barrell, head, piston, etc for a 50cc and whether I would need to do anything to the bottom end, crankcases etc. If so, I am interested in the following Polini parts.

Exhaust system complete - racing / 911 143.425.011

Fuel tank - black / 911 143.802.008

Fuel tank cap / all models except Scooterino 143.240.001

Cylinder complete kit - includes (5 transfer port) cylinder, cylinder head, piston, ring, wrist pin & keepers / 50cc engine 143.004.006

Gasket set to suit

Cylinder head anti-vibration mounting bracket / 40cc (5 transfer port) & 50cc water-cooled engine 143.340.011

Also a delorto carby and air filter to best suit. Jet size?
