Choke on a 14mm carb.

Hi all.

I'm very new to the pocket bike community and half way through a full strip down an rebuild of everything on a cag. I've purchased jet pipe pro, cag pro kit and some other performance parts.

I recently purchase a 14mm carby,brand new. I have yet to put the carby on the bike an build my motor,
I noticed that the choke doesn't move up an down ( choke ON, choke OFF) as the standard carby, Now i HAVE NOT put the throttle cable on the carby as its still in the box, So once the cable is fitted will the choke switch work as effectively as the standard carby choke? (with movement in both directions)


Any help would be much appreciated
