Transmission on a 49cc CAG motor

Hello. I'm new to pocket bikes but recently I got a 49cc pocket bike for free. Is there any way to put one of those 4 speed or 5 speed manual transmissions that are usually used on superbikes on a 49cc bike? Or if there is not a way to do that is there some way to use a bikes chain transmision? Thank you, any help would be appreciated.
