| | SPS CNC Crankcases 4 BZM or Polini The worlds first water/cooled cases in CNC,both internal cases have 1 journel either side running down which plumbs up to your water hoses and pump which keeps circulating continuosly, which gives better cooling and more power,no more heating problems, also outer air/cooled fins on cases creates less heating.
The SPS carter is for BZM Engines, they are not simply replicas of the originals,in fact they are made in CNC,they are a new product designed and made by our racing department in order to improve the performances of these engines. These carter are in CNC , they differ from the others by the fact that the volume of the pump casing – in the inclination of Intake manifold, and the thickness of material around the bearings of the cases is to give more stability. We cooled the Cases with the water pump, through the construction of a space, and this allows us to considerably lower temperatures, a clear benefit of performances. These huge modifications gives to the engine and renewed body and linearity of power and use, which allows an earlier traction in the length of the curve caused by the fact you can wide open your gas earlier stages of the corner. They Are available on request, including drilling for cylinder Polini original or replica. It is a really sophisticated article , both in content and in the technical aesthetic. They are also Satined and anodized and after, to ensure a more precise dimension of the bearings we treat them with the special boring machine You can put them up in any Minimoto that already use Bz engine.
Absoulute work of ART-----

Hi Danny
I saw Ronins SPS clutch housing/ bell and pull starter today...Wow it looked great...fitted better than the BZM parts that were on this particular engine.
All in all great parts..please keep us informed via this forum on the latest developements of SPS parts as I think that they are going to take off here in Australia once people see these products in the flesh.

Yes Danny would be a welcomed thing to have us informed of the latest updates. And rover is right these parts are very impressive. I was a fitter/toolmaker for 14 years designing and building special purpose machinery and I can see the quality and the thought that has gone into the design of these parts. Think we will see some SPS parts on the DM hey Rover |

bearings, seals, gasket, and alloy plugs, pre factory fitted. So you dont have to buy extras like bzm cases, etc. | | |
