25mm mikuni carb

Any ideas on whether or not a 25mm mikuni carb would be too big for a 39cc watercooled Blata rep engine?

Now I know you can upgrade the aircooleds to 50cc with a new barrel and piston, but can the same be done with an watercooled? if so, 25mm should be alright for 50cc, assuming it is jetted to suit yeah?

P.S Are Mikuni good carbs anyway? Generally, given my car background, Ive learnt to stick to the Italian gear...

big bore kit

Yeah, you can get 46cc kits for em but even if you get it pumpin hard its still gonna be tough to get that size to work right. Most people go for dellorto or chinese dellorto between 16 and 19mm.
