Upgrading ZM2 super pocket bike (=GS-57 ?)

Hi everybody !

Perhaps my project is quite special. Sorry for my bad english (french).
I recently bought a ZM2, removed motor & battery, add an Kelly electric hub and controller with a LiFepo4 battery (48V) , put a 12V converter, changed lights with power LED (add rear light too because there was just stop light), add an battery analyser (digital speed, consumption...), add rubber because a little afraid of plastic quality...

So what ?
I haven't finished yet and, since I live in Canada, I have time before using
I noticed shock where very "hard", probably because motor as gone but probably too because poor quality.
Since I need to use this bike on a "road" not very flat, it would be great I have soft quality schocks (rear and front).
Have you idears for doing this at a reasonnable price ?
Thanks

I joined one picture for this time, showing hub and controller.

so you've ripped out the petrol engine and replaced it with an electric motor?
