Unless the locating pin for the piston ring, for the head kit is over the boost port, it's a complete waste of money and will self destruct in no time at all...

Forget about the stuff in the second post dude. The reeds are for a different motor although cf reeds to suit your motor would be ok. the boost bottle is probably 95 percent waste of time. As for the big bore kit and carby, go for it. The real delorto is a bit better but you can find the info on here to get the rep working well. You might wanna think about tires too with that stuff onboard. Mine was highside central after these mods until i put pmt tyres on. Bulk fun though. Good luck. and hang on

go and grab yourself some genuine plata reeds from ozminimoto, they are great. a reed spacer made from a chopping board will give you good top end gains.
if your pulling your engine apart to do all of this you might aswell replace the bearings and seals also

you might need to port your crankcase to make it fit, i had to port mine or else the piston would get stuck

Ok...
On the piston where the ring sits, there is a locating pin that will interlock with the ring...
Unless that locating pin is over the boost port (the boost port being the one that is opposite to the exhaust port) it is a complete waste of money...
I have seen the end result from these head kits, and it all ends in tears...
If you are still unsure, have a look at your std barrel and piston... You will see what I mean about the locating pin and how the ring has to sit... On these so called upgrade kits the locating pin is off to the side on the bigger port and subsequently gets snagged, causing the ring to get caught and destroy itself and the barrel...
Don't rush into it, ask them questions, even get some pics of their piston so you can see where the locating pin is on their upgrade kits...
If the locating pin is in the same place as a std one, then go for it...
