i would just get the full kit
i have seen them with anything ranging from 65-75 so its best to get a full kit then you know from the colour chart or markings what size your using
this way you can make slight changes if needed

you could try the 70 & see how the bike feels
the only thing to watch for is after a few top speed runs inspect the plug & make sure its not Grey or white.
Grey or white means the jet is too small & can & will eventually damage the engine
the ideal colour is brownish,
if its black & very wet then the jet is too big go down a size at a time.
Start with the 70 you have & work out from there if you need to go up or down a jet size then once you know you can order a kit with a idea of what size you need
eg tracks that are short & have lots of bends you can run a leaner jet to get more low end power & no bog
on a track with long straights & tight corners then you can run the biggest jet possible without creating mid range bog
This is part of tuning a 2 stroke for the conditions, temperature , humidity etc air pressure & density all play a part eg.on a cold day you can run a bigger jet as the air is more dense than on a hot day

Without seeing the carby and actually looking at the type of jetit's a bit difficult as there is a couple of different copies of the SHA dellorto carby I can
give you some information though. Firstly I have had these checked by a carby place and have found the 2 different copies come with the same sized jet however one has a smaller threaded jet the other has the same as the real dell.
The Jet size is .74 and really if you want to play you could go to a .72 but your leaning it out to the max for a water cooled. for a cag you could go lower .68 or slightly lower.
Do what the guys have suggested and run for a few laps and check the plug you will see a difference in colour, I have done all this in the past and found .72 to be as lean as you want to go. for a 39cc water cooled blaat rep engine. Hope this information helps
