| | Most Powerfull A/C exhaust system??
I wanna know who's got what exhaust and how u think they perform in comparison. Ive only tried the fatboy which is rather good over the stock exhaust. But lets face it anything is better then the stock exhaust .
Im putting together a new bike and want to use a different exhaust system. I heard the jet pro's are good and i was also thinking about about a blata rep w/c exhaust or zocchi blata rep exhaust. Of cause there would be some mods to do to both those systems but hey if theres a will theres a way.

i have tried: fatboy, blata rep pipe, jetpro, stalker, ADA race pipe and the PBU bazooka pipe.
the fatboy is ok for the price. the ADA pipe is only good for alright gains in the bottom end, the blata pipe worked alright, but the PBU pipe is by far the best. the jetpro and the stalker pipe are both ebay types, and are cheap quality made more for looks. gains are ok, but minimal
i havnt tried the Zocchi, but i have only heard bad reviews. it is too small.
if you have the money, i highly recommend the PBU. if you dont have much money, the fatboy would be my second choice, but it doesnt compare to the PBU
you are right though, they are all much better than stock

i have only ever heard good things about the bazooka
but unsure on price i would say you would have to order it from the usa
the bazooka is like a PBU quality fatboy with smooth flowing bends very well made they look similer to the blata style pipes from pics i have seen if i find a pic of one fitted i will post it here
unsure if the pipe comes with a stinger kit or not
pocket wog has tried one of the pbu pipes & was not all that impressed from what i know ??
hard to say,
i favour the jet pro rep for blokes over 70kgs because it gives you a nice take off & midrange & are 3 times stronger than the current fatboy as well as adding a touch of BLING!! & not as expensive as USA brand pipes
jet pro rep is not the best pipe for top end but you can gear the bike taller with better pickup & midrange to get the best of both on a budget of 90 bucks + shipping & will fit most frame types
a genuine jet pro may be a option they are a nice looking pipe ? just make sure if ya order from usa u tell them its for a cag engine & FF cag mini frame i think they make a couple of types

from memory, the PBU pipe was about $200. they have an excellent header design (unlike the fatboy restrictive one).
the question is, how much do you want to spend?

money isnt a problem lol i have lots of it. how is the fatboy restrictive? mine doesnt really look that restrictive. the pipe diameter at the header is bigger than the exhaust port and has a smooth curve.
where the pipe joins (via the springs) to the header it sits nice and tight and has no leaks.
im not tryin to say anythings better or not i just want to understand how they work and what could be better for performance in the way of designs etc.
i cant help it. im a compulsive problem solver lol

the way a fat boy joins is no good for flow u want a smooth transition not a big step in the expansion chamber like fat boys have

There are two type of blata rep pipes now that i know of, one has a larger designed header, ozminimoto sell them for about $55 from memory. I have only tried it on w/c but the bike has the longest rev range i have ever riden. Might be worth a look???
Cheers
Stu
