Stage 3 performance kit from hyperpocketparts

G'day,

I bought this upgrade kit from hyperpocketparts on ebay for my CAG, I've got a few questions.

The crankshaft only has a woodruff key slot on one side. The other side is a blank taper. The slot on the one end that has one is directly inline with the crank pin. Surely it needs a woodruff key for both the flywheel and the clutch. I'm not getting any response from hyperpocketparts.

Have I bought a dodgy crankshaft? I can't build the motor until I know what is what.

I'm more disappointed with this kit each time I try to use it. The Fatboy pipe has holes in it where the weld has burnt through, the piston was damaged by the head/cylinder bolts being jammed up against it in the box. Now the crankshaft problem and the silence from hyperpocketparts.

Cheers,

red

no you dont need a woodruff key to hold the clutch on.. just do the bolt up tight and the taper will lock it onto the shaft.

he is usually good with any damaged parts
& there is usually a sticker with his contact details email & phone number on all the parts he sends
i would suggest to take pics & keep trying to contact him

& no key used for clutch as jeremy said just do it up tight you can use some locktight on the shaft if your worried

yes hyperpocketparts has cheap pocket bike parts, but i have dealt with him a few times now, and the custom service he offers, sucks at the best of times. I would suggest you pay the extra (if any) and buy from ozminimoto, or rinkidink. i have dealt with both these company's and they are red hot.

And dont get down about your kit, fatboys are just like that, its a little bad luck, but im sure once you get it all together it will be fine mate! you will be flying in no time... or riding -_-"
