The top of the exhaust port is squared off as opposed to full oval shape, the two holes for the exhaust port are also a different shape and the boost port is also higher..

That stack looks perfect to suck in any ambient steel shaving from your chain into your new engine, just ask WBR all about that i believe be ruined a new engine like that once, just bad luck i guess.

I can assure you that it is a custom made velocity stack.. It is also 15mm longer than the Giannini stacks.. Hansen Racing turned it up on his lathe and put a thread in it..

As for sucking in shavings, I doubt there is any worry for that.. The Giannini pipe is an under the motor pipe, so the stack itself sits behind and slightly to the brake side of the pipe, essentially protecting it from debris and also has the rear mud gaurd to stop most crud flying up..
If a chain is well lubed there really should not be any 'shavings' coming off the chain..

It's not straight on the outside, it is tappered just may not be noticable in the picture..
It is also tappered on the inside..

I can't speak highly enough of the Teckno X clutches.. I'd rate them higher than Zocchi and BZM..
They have excellent bite and grab all through the rev range..
Best thing about the Teckno X clutches is that they are way cheaper than the other brands but perform slightly better..
I'm running Teckno X in my Giannini and WRS..
I will not be going back to the other brand clutches!!!
