whats the easiest way to grab a restricted MA licence?
i.e. tests, courses etc.?

I was looking more for an MA year licence to run the Warnnambool meetings as well

The annual licence is $195.oo and you have to be a member of an affiliated club to have one. But, we can sort that little problem out over here if you like, CLaw is a financial member of PBAWA for the same purpose!!
SWMMC are looking to hold the vic titles in October so you can get your money's worth out of it.
