ROUND: 2 WA minimoto state titles.

Well what a magificent day we had over here for round 2..... 30* day without a cloud in the sky!!!!!

I had a great battle with Mike all day long and got away in the first two races but a pass early in the 3rd race that I could not respond to (tried to dive bomb him but he slammed the door shut and nearly T-Boned him LOL) ended with a second place. There's 10 points between us two at the top of the table (140 to 130) and a huge battle for third in the championship is commencing with 3 riders within six points (Cestrilli 81; Graham;77 Cam;75) and Bero not far behind on 67.

BRING ON ROUND 3 FELLA'S!!!!!!!!!

As quoted by someone else on the day: "PBAWA you rock!!!!!!!!"

I had the GRC for the last round too, but yes its great. Its amazing how early you can get on the gas on a long wheelbase midi. Its not the most powerful bike out there but she goes alright!!! Mike's ultima certainly has the edge down the straight but I was running very short gearing. He was running 7/66 and I was running 7/71. I have a 69 and a 66 that I will be testing for the next round but the punch off the slower turns is awesome with a 71 and I only weigh 65kg!!!

I think on the mini the front end feels better, more direct, better connection with the front tyre.
With the midi you're not s#!77!ng yourself every time you touch the throttle hoping it wont flip.

I'd doubt there was any weight difference between the 2 bikes, but I have not weighed them.
