PBAWA still alive and kicking

Hi to all members,

Well its been tough times for us all this past year.
The club has still been unable to obtain riding venues for its members due to several reasons.
Recently the club committee has gone through some changes including the appointment of a new president, vice president, treasurer and secretary. With some fresh faces and even fresher ideas we have now started to move forward and are allready getting some positive results.

Due to the hard work of our secretary and other hardworking committee members PBAWA is in the process of becoming affiliated with Motorcycling Western Australia (MWA).
What this means for us is that we will soon have the backing of Western Australia's premier motorcycle sport administration. Which will firstly give the club a good dose of credibility when we approach venues in our quest to obtain somewhere to ride. And secondly the influence of some well known people in the perth community backing us up all the way.
There are many other great benefits too, such as our insurance obligations will now be covered with no need for the club to take out it's own individual policy, not to mention free training courses to all PBAWA members who join MWA.

As the old saying goes it is not what you know it's who you know.

Some other exciting news is the offer presented to the club to ride at the Northam motorcycle festival.
This is a great opportunity for us all to promote the club to the community and show what great fun the sport of minmoto racing really is.
We are working hard to organise ourselves for this event, but we still need your help.

You will all be notified shortly of what we need you to do.

Lastly I would like to thank all our members who have shared the vision of our future through these hard times. We are going forward with our endeavours and soon with good fortune on our side we will start seeing results.

Regards,

Roy
PBAWA President

From one club to another... Best of luck with everthing, all your hard work will be well worth it in the not so distant future...

You've tried kart tracks... Is there any purpose built driver trainer venues near you??? If yes, ask them also...

As Glen has said the same sentiment from all here in SA .Good to see that you never gave up on your club.
We may one day see you at a National Titles Race meet.

Thankyou gentlemen,

yes its been a hard time for us here out west.

Our people have been trying hard to get access to just about all the suitable venues here in perth without success. But soon we will have some wins no doubt

Admittedly we have a long way to go yet. But once again I say no doubt, we will see you all at a national titles meet in the future.

Hosted right here in WA
