QLD Titles Report and Results..

It was yet another magnificent day at the picturesque Lakeside Park for racing action, enjoyed by all ages from all the categories of bikes that are catered for..

Today marked the first ever Governed and Endorsed QLD Titles that has been provided for minimotos,minitards and scooters..
Judging by the big competitor numbers it truly was a big success, today we saw 46 riders enjoy themselves and battle it out for supremacy and the right to be called state champions.. With riders from all around Brisbane, Gold Coast, Noosa and Bunderberg..

There was some 'offs' today, two of which required the paramedic to administer first aid.. Nothing major with them being a sprained ankle and some road rash..

The most pleasing thing about the whole day was the amount of junior riders.. It is great to see so many young people enjoy themselves as much as what they did..

We would like to thank all riders for making the day run smoothly by being ready and waiting at the dummy grid for their turn to go out onto the track.. Also for having visible numbers on their bikes to make the lap scorers job that much easier.. Not to forget, having all riders ensure that their bikes always comply with the regulations/class rules..

We also saw Channel Seven in attendance today to film for a sports segment on the news, promoting the Qld Titles and our categories of bikes.. On whole, a huge plug for Lakeside and the sport in general.. We would like to thank Brock Cattanach for organizing that..

Super Moto's were again a great spectacle to watch and certainly provided the most bingles for the day..

An extra special thanks to Mike Minter on the flags, Kelly Cattanach on the lap scoring and Wendy Hansen for ensuring a smooth transition at the dummy grid..
