As to be expected yet another fantastic day for racing, clear blue sky's and warm weather was the scene for the day, also with a good rollout of competitors..

Lots of excellent and clean racing was enjoyed by everyone, the smiles on everyone's faces and the laughter emulating from the pits proved it was another great day..

Today marked the completion of 'Small Wheels Sunday's' inaugural race series and it was a great success in that!!!

Queensland Raceways and NBPBC wishes to thank all that attend, compete and volunteer their services throughout the duration of the series.. It is all you guys and girls that make Lakeside the best place to have fun and enjoy yourselves at!!!!Thankyou..

Two weeks time will be Lakeside's 2nd Enduro round, but the first enduro for the scooters and motards.. 90% have already handed in their forms and paid up, so this is just a reminder that anyone else wishing to participate must have their forms in and paid by the 17th May otherwise there will be a $10 late nomination fee if you are paying on the day..

Further news..

One of the scooter guys is in talks with a scooter supplier to negociate a deal on 20 scooters..
The savings will then be passed onto anyone who wishes to buy one and race in a 'one make' class, essentially all bikes will be equal on performance and handling levels, possibly with limited modifications allowed.. It will then produce some close exciting racing with everyone on the same playing field performance wise, so it will then come down to rider skill.. But with so many great riders already out here it will truly be great competion and viewing for spectators..
