Bike Tracks?

Hi guys, my name is Jack and i'm new to this forum. i live in Bulleen and has recently found a new interest in pocket bikes. Hence i got a 47cc half fairing bike, but the question is, where can i ride it, is there a track dedicated for these bikes. I ride on the road sometimes and i don't want to anymore as it's not worth it and i heard cops would give me a $500 dunno if that's true o not. Also can i just wear a helmet on the track or do i have to be all dressed up like some of you guys who looks very pro lol. I dunno how people put their pocket bikes, but do oyu guys put them in your backseat, because they are tiny?

Thanks very much and look forward to meet with you all.

Jack

Hi Jack,
The places you can ride are any private land you have the okay to ride on, or the best track is The Track South Morang on MacDonalds Rd Sth Morang.
The Track will allow you to ride any day from around 10am to around 7pm for $35.00. You will need to share the track with hire bikes and karts.

Other tracks that have riding or racing are,
Warrnambool Minimoto Club, Check with their club for dates.
MMMCI tracks:
Port Melbourne outdoor track
South Morang
Check the club website for details. www.mmmci.com.a
VPBA:
Wednesday nights at Dandenong Kart track
Morwell Kart track.
Check with the VPBA for details.

With safety gear: Check with South Morang for details.
During MMMCI race meetings.
Minimum requirements on a cag are:
Boots, helmet, gloves, elbow and knee protection, jeans and heavy jacket.
But go to the MMMCI website and read the handbooklet for further info.

I heard about South Morang track actually renting out the protective gear for $10?
It would be a good option!
