ARCHERFIELD NEWS 8.7.07

Another great weekend of racing. Saturday we had our largest roll up to date with over thirty riders fronting up for practice. Sunday was equally as good and I am sure everyone had a great day and thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Race results have been posted today.

Once again we would like to thank the “Saturday Morning Crew” who work hard at helping all newcomers feel welcome and assist them with their bikes when necessary. To everyone who lends a hand on race day, we really do appreciate your help.

Next Sunday, gates will be open at 7.00am and breakfast will be available for the early birds. Don’t forget you must be there for rider briefing at 8.15am or you will be rear of field in all of your heats. Those who are entering the Enduro’s must have nomination forms to us by Friday 13th (No late nominations accepted.)

To clear some confusion as to which bikes are eligible for junior and senior Enduro’s, bikes must be air cooled standard or pro bikes. Please be reminded – the fastest bikes may not necessarily win. Let me leave you with this thought. To win the race, you must finish.

do i need to register now or can i do it on the day?

i got the form at home, but im not to sure if i should attend, depending how i go on saturday

yeah, you have to register by friday for the enduro...otherwise normal racing (but only 3 races) will also be on during the day for other classes!

i think its for giving time to mark out the pit area and such..

I believe aaron is chasing a partner in the senior enduro! he took out 2nd overall in senior a/c on the weekend even though he went over the tyre wall.

msg me if you need a senior partner and i'll give you his number! (that goes for any senior with a little experience)
