Meeting Thursday 3/04/2008 at Pooraka re:SAMRA

Hi to everyone
This Thursday night I will be holding a meeting at Pooraka Raceway regarding the formation of the new club SAMRA (South Australian Minimoto Racing Association )
Some of the things that I would like to discuss are:
Membership premiums.
Election of committee and all other associated positions required to form a club.
Presentation of the mission statement.
Discussion of what events to hold over the calendar year.
And any concerns held by any of the potential members re: the formation of the club.
The meeting will commence at 8.30pm Pooraka Raceway 30 Research Road Pooraka.
I would like to thank everyone so far who have shown some keen enthusiasm to the starting of the new club. As it stands if everyone who has said yes, joins, we will be starting the club with a membership base of at least 17 people.
I also would like to thank Pooraka Raceway for their willingness to support SAMRA , Des from Bears and Bikes at the Brickworks for his pledged support and Dazza from Ozminimoto for his offer to help with the club in which ever way he can support the Club.
Also while I am thanking people I would like to thank Bryan from ALL BALLS Racing for offering to host our new clubs Web Site
So If you are really serious about getting the Minimoto Scene up and running don't miss this meeting as all your input is really appreciated.
PS don't forget to bring a friend and lets get the word out there about how much fun this sport can be
