Blata rep brake problem

Just wondering if anyone has had problems with front brake pads getting stuck on slide pins? My brake calipers on the front are binding up and I have noticed the there is screws for the pad bolts. Are these right? I would have imagined a shouldered bolt should be there instead to stop the pad from catching on the thread. Can someone help out with this. Im probably going to mod some bolts and fit them.

yep there should only be a smooth surface past the pins. the threaded part screws into the brake mount and then the caliper slides on the smooth part of the bolt.

i turned mine down on the lathe on a dreambike and gp3 because it was having the same problem. but you could always drill out the calipers a little and grind the thread off.

Thanks for the advice Glen. I was a bit surprised to find those kind of bolts there.
