At the moment we are looking at 30+ riders for our first practice session...

I knew you'd say that.... but I thought we were supposed to be 'ALL' working to build up pockets for 'EVERYONE'.... it makes sense to me... and more money will be brought in to 'EACH' track each week.. this can only be a good thing for pocketbikes.... If Archerfield loses any more riders they WILL close down to pocketbikes and how can this be good for the sport.... I don't really see the point in one track opening for another to close down... Barry's put Thousands of dollars into that track out of his own pocket and it would be a waste not to take advantage of that and to throw it all away...

anyway I think it'd be worth it at least, trying to work together for the sake of pocketbikes....

Its not up to us Morty, the owner wants it that day and it's not changing, nothing we can do..

It's also not our problem that Archerfield cannot get the rider base in, if Barry has put so much money into it, you would think that he would have tried long before now to try and keep riders there??....

The first session went ahead and we had a fair turn out in the howling windy conditions...

There was however one incident with a rider going down and dislocating his wrist... The two trained medical staff were on hand to attend very quickly(one attending in a Jaguar), the rider had to have surgery to correct his wrist but says he will be back when he's healed up...

The free raffle of a performance head kit was won by Adam McMillan... And we would like to thank Allan and Wendy Hansen from 'Hansen Racing' for the generous prize !!!!!!

Times have been pushed forward, now a 1.00 pm start but be there half an hour early for sign in...

The main tyre wall for the pit area has now been moved to the other side of the track and will not interfere with the runoff in case of boo boos...

I had heaps of fun duelling with morty ...

And would like to thank everyone who attended !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

See you all next time ....
