Test Area on the Gold Coast?

Does anyone know of a spot I could occasionally ride the pocket bike for about 5 minutes for testing? I've driven all the way to Brisbane/Archerfield a few times now for something to go wrong which could have been easily detected if I could just run the bike somewhere.

Good for you...

I went to Lawrence Drive and rode the VT250 just to see how it is. Looks like a good spot to test.
