Butterfly Farm - wilberforce

Hi guys,

Was talking to the owner of the Indy 800 track on thursday night and asked him why the track meets for the pocket bikes were every second week and not every week as is the case with the info on this forum.

Apparently attendance at the circuit has been down (there were only 5 at the track on thursday night), so the circuit is open every second thursday and not every thursday (next meet is 18th oct then every fortnight after that for anyone that doesnt know).

He also told me that if the attendance stays the way it has then he will stop the pb's altogether, this would be a shame if that happened, i like the track and it's fun to get out there and have a blast around it and i am also looking into buying another 2 mid size bikes to take out there with a mate.

C'mon guys!, lets get more bikes out there and keep the track open!!! otherwise where else are we going to ride? if it does stop the pb's from using the track then who do we blame? no one but ourselves!.

Thought you should all know the goss and give you the heads up

Full leathers or overalls, any gloves (leather or even gardening gloves), and leather boots is about the extent of it.

Was also speaking to a guy this morning about the track and apparently its going back to weekly in november ?! anyone have any other details on this ?!

The track will let you use either a full leather one peice suit, or overalls (work overalls will do), knee pads, elbow pads, helmet (offroad or onroad - doesnt matter), leather boots, and gloves ...
