Port Elliot Track Saturday 25th August 3pm til 8pm

Hi guys

Another quickie from down south to let you all know we're open again on Saturday for some pocket fun. We're looking forward to another good turnout and it appears the weather is going to behave itself! (Shhhhh.. you didn't hear me say that.. crosses fingers ) Can't wait to see all the old faces (taking some poetic licence here.. I'm not meaning literally.. lol) as well as the new ones that are popping up along the way.

Take care and see you Saturday
Jax

PS.. Sausage sizzle will be on.. and guess who'll be cooking (snaps the gloves)

Hi Ronin

Those pix look great see... it pays to leave the bike at home sometimes (running like heck for the exit as we speak!!)

Truly it was a great day/night with some really good people.. I'd say the car park was darn near full

Thanks to everyone who came along for a ride.. and a huge thanks to Andy and Brandon for being game enough to let my son Damiaan try his hand at playing "monkey".. He absolutely loved it.. I get the feeling you've got a willing victim.. ummmm.. I mean swinger if you're ever on the lookout for one.. lol

Take care and see you next time
Jax

Thanks for the great night Jax, and I think you must of heard me when I said Iam never coming again without bringing a bike LOL. Although the BBQ got me through the night . Iam glad you liked the pics, because when I got home I was hoping Iam a better rider than photographer lol.
Next time Iam going to make sure I don't run late didn't even have time to grab a bike, also you are right the car park was full so will have to get there early so I get my favorite spot, close to the pit entry (to lazy to walk far with my bike LOL )
Anyway cyas next time.

No worries Ronin..

I truly reckon it's the people that give the night a great atmosphere.. also you do realise Gerry sells pocket bikes at the track now.. don't you?? (innocent look)

Chuckles.. don't worry.. I do realise.. it's Blata or its nothing (did I get that right?)

I'll have a chat with Gerry about the carpark.. we may have to think about moving spectator cars either to the roadside or another part of the premises so we end up with a more designated sort of "pit area" with the amount of vehicles we're getting. We'll see what we can come up with.

As for the BBQ.. we only just had enough supplies!.. heavens.. for lil pockety type bike peoples you sure can eat.. lol.. it was good to see.. I hate the idea of anyone ever going hungy (stocking up on a heck of a lot more snags and patties for next time!)

Take Care
Jax

I think the was a guy out on the track that bought one of Gerrys bikes last week. From a slow shacky start he ended up doing very well, looked quick to, nice bike. Hope he still has some as My friend is after a bike like that.
