Brielle had a stack on Sunday at the track...
The qualified emergeny paramedic at the track was in attendance the same time it took me to run 60-70m, he assesed her and informed me to ring the ambos, after ringing ambos the paramedic continues to attend and three mins later the ambos arrive...
The ambos asses her and decide that with all the suspected injuries she has that it would be best to airlift her out..
Suspected broken/fractured leg, suspected spinal, suspected pelvic injury, suspected broken/fractured collarbone, loss of sensation across chest and in finger...
She is then stabilised where she come to rest and moved 100m to the 'Bus Stop' on the big track...
And now we kick off with pics...
Choppers landed
Chopper paramedic assessing her in back of ambo
About to board
Last call
After that they tell me to leave as they are going to take off..I hang back with the cops and paramdecs and shoot a video of the take off...
I arrive at RBCH to find she is in x-ray, time passes and she is bought back along with the director and he tells us they found no breaks or fractures but would like to keep her overnight for observation as she is complaining of lower stomach pains..
Overall outcome, the worst injury she sustained was a dislocated shoulder...Heaps of soft tissue damage/bumps /sores/etc to all the areas she was originaly complaining about...
Her one piece leathers that Santa bought last year are now three piece, bike has bent handlebars and helmet is now a mantle piece item..
The one thing she is spewin about, is her bikes are running fast...
On to other news....
