NSW Minimoto racing at Raleigh on Saturday 17 May

NSW Minimoto are racing at Raleigh International Raceway this Saturday!

Anyone fancy the trip? Looks like an awesome track (apparently one of the best kart tracks in Australia)!

I thought, seeing as Raleigh is closer to Brisbane than it is to Sydney, that it might be worth a mention in the Queensland forum in case any of you guys were interested.

well what a waste of time people travel 5-9 hours to get here at 7am we sat around all ready to go and about 4 hours later the sed you cant race this weekend! a total load of bull****

well i hope so. they had months to orgise this and decides to do it on the day. they did say it was all going ahead but obisley not.. they let us drve one of there new endurace karts and told us 'dont to break it' well that was untill the back wheel fell of lol and mago still drove it on 3 wheels they wernt to impressed lol

thats a complete disgrace organisation wise, theres been what 4 months or so to plan it and they cock it up on the day of the event. maybe they should just keep things at their own venue if thats all they are capable of organising.

well thats what we all sed they have know for a while that we are racing here and they sed we will 100% race i dont see why they didnt atempet this at a closer venue that way if it stuffed up people wount have to drive 5-9 hours home. anyway its over now just need to hope they can sort it out for next time

I wasn't there and i'm sitting here in total awe at the fact nobody flared up from all accounts of what's been posted here. Good work to those who even if you wanted to blow your top still kept your cool.
I hope WCR can find some way to make it up to those, the dedicated individuals who attended this "race" meeting after travelling so far.

I feel these kinds of incidents don't hurt just the people who are inconvenienced who did attend but the sport as a whole in our nation. Especially those in the state of New South Wales.
