I must be the only one who reckons they look like poo...

Don't get me wrong i'm sure they are top quality and fast as hell, i just don't like the look of the fairings...

And how thick is the frame Dazza ??? Only looks about 3-5 mm...

Yeah i noticed that when i saw them
I'm a bit skeptical about the design too.
it reminds me of the electric helicopter kits you can get,
Theres quite a bit of technology in the design though to make them strong, i just wouldn't go trusting any chinese replicas

Email I received from Phantom:

Dear Friends and all Phantom's fans,

we would like to inform you that on Sunday April 27th there was the first race of the Championship Constructors Cup near Naples ( the track of Casaluce) and our rider Federico Dangelo in the category Open B has taken the third place.
The other Phantom rider, Luigi Orioli, has won the first place in the Regional Race (senior B category, too) which is considered the pre-selection for the Italian Championship in the autumn.
And, the last but not least, the British Phantom rider Lewis that is riding the GP SPORT, has taken the first place last Sunday in the British national minibike race.

Greetings from

Phantom Staff

interesting!

curious though that it notes the frame as steel? i thought it was all CNC aluminium even on the GP model. and 25kg is quite heavy for something that should be all aluminium.

i think 1L tank should be enough very nice

The GP Sports bike has a steel frame, and the other Phantom has an alloy frame with the alloy single rear swing arm.

Here is a picture showing the frame is around 8mm thick.
But being alloy is still very light.

i must admit that some of there color choices don't do them many favours but the matte black gp sport has to be one of the best looking bikes ive ever seen we will surely be getting one to promote them
