thanx mate just wot i was lookin for and was going to ask

i was just considering tonight to take off the head and measure the bore size, and was going to post about the size of bore (in another post i read something 44mm bore size = 49cc) is that right? then came across this post and saw the pic's and rushed out to see, but it's 10.15pm - tired and couldnt really see anything - so tomorrow i'll take of the plastics and have a look, but i bet ya its a 40cc

if its advertised as 49cc can i do anything?will they give my cash back or am i just totally rooted

Just because the motor is fitted with a 44mm bore does not make it 49cc.
Most of the bikes that come withh the big bore are 50.197 cc. the formla for this is for volume of a cylinder You need to input the radius and the stroke.
22/7x r x r x s. the decimal point will not be in the right place but if you have a idea of what it is close to youll know. or

Master this fomula and you won`t get ripped by peoples false claims.

Dont dispare you guys with 39/40cc CAG engines, its easy to make then fly.
Ive done 25+ engines with simiar boost ports, and found the 39/40cc responded as good and in most case better than the 49/50cc.
They rev smoother, and in 90% of cases rev higher, and you dont have half as much the vibration of the 49/50cc engines.
And in my books are the most underated engine out there.
If you want your 39/40cc to go better PM me.
