my bike "shutters and leans out" at full throttle as well
i thought it might have been a fuel/air mix problem so i played with the idle screw but had no success. Could this be because of a dirty carb?

leaning out at wide open throttle !!
probbly draining the bowl of the carby faster than fuel can get in

* restriction in fuel lines/ filter or hole in fuel cap blocked or not big enough

* in a standard carby the tap rubber can move or block up restricting fuel flow

* give it a quick clean try setting float level so your bowl fills to the maximum without leaking fuel out the overflow

* leave fuel on for a 1/2 hour or so to be sure it dosnt flood

well this is the 14/14 that kame with it, would upping a jet help at all?
lines are all good, filters aftermarket but good,
could it be the jet?
also would a reed spacer with triple sage reeds help not leaning out?

RD RACING is an unknown quantity at this point
if your still running the stock 14/14 dellorto jets, its time to replace the main jet with a larger size, also replace the stock tin reeds with good glass 3rd stage.

Razzor I was searching for a step by step approach to carby maintenance. This is brilliant mate Great pics and explanation. As a request could you do a "step by step" on installing a fibre glass reed to a standard aircooled cag?

Yes there is a pin in there, its hidden inside! if you take off your air filter, you'll see it!
