In which order does this go together and what side of the throttle cable goes in here. Please be as specific as you can.

and which end of the cable

RD RACING is an unknown quantity at this point
do you think the large lug end will fit in the shoe clip ? i don,t think so. this is where a bit of common sence comes into things, but we do have worries with this. the learge lug on the eng of the cable goes to the throttle end and the small lug on the other end goes to the carby end. fit the cable to the throttle first then fit the other end passing through the black rubber boot then the spring and attach the small lug to the side of the clip, the cable will fit in the clip. when all is fitted you must test this without engine power to make sure the throttle is lifting and lowering the slide by using the hand on throttle and looking at the carbs slide as you opperate, [ leave the air filter off please] for this test then replace when satisfied.

Does the clip go in first and then the needle?

i was finding that every 20 minutes i would either have fuel pissing out of my overflow, or the bike would die in the ass with anything more than half throttle.

both caused by dirt in the carb (on valve seat, of in jet respectively)

smashed open the fuel filter that came fitted on the bike. instantly explained everything. it was never put together correctly. it has a fine mesh in there, but the fuel was free to bypass it, along with any dirt in the fuel.
my 2 friends filters were the same, so i dont know if it is an isolated problem, or if there are hundreds like this.

$13 later for a new filter from a lawn mower shop, and i was away, never to be plagued with carb problems again.
if you do get one, make sure you let them know its for a gravity fed system, as ones intended for use with a fuel pump will be too restrictive.

hope thats of some help

hi mate how are you
im having a little trouble, wonder if you can help me
there are the 2 screws at the bottom of the carby,
1 of my screws was not screwed in properly, i have
sheered a screw, when riding the bike it sometimes makes
a big cracking noise and through the rev range it stutters
and is sometimes sluggish, also at full throttle, right at top end
it stutters and leans out
so if the bottom of the carby is not sealed properly, can this be the cause,
thankyou heaps
please pm me if you can help me and give me advise
cheers

if you remove the carby from the engine then use the correct size screwdriver [ [ phillips type green handle ] these screws will undo with ease.
