RD RACING is an unknown quantity at this point
this painting proceedure is very simple, first remove all existing stickers, wash total area down with turpentine [turps] twice, hand sand all areas with 800 grit wet and dry sandpaper [use pieces of this paper approx 100mm by 100mm no sanding block needed] you are not trying to sand off all the paint just sanding off the shine gloss level so the undercoat will stick well to the prepared surface. its up to you which paint you will use but a good inexpensive way is to buy a pressure pack can of primer / surfacer made by septone and for the finish colour use epoxy enamel also made by septone, all is available at paint shops or auto shops. when your undercoat is dry lightly sand all areas for a smooth finish dust off and spray finish coat lightly and give another coat the next day. the brand K&H is another product available at around the same cost.

this method of painting with spray cans does give great results if you take your time in the prep work and do not apply to much paint to the surface at one time, must build up slowly allow drying time for extra coatings. if you have access to a spraygun / compressor even better. on the subject of painting a friend of mine a few years back painted his car and when i saw the car i said to him, what did you paint your car with a brush? he replied no i used a roller. true statement.

320 grit is a bit course and will cause scratches, what you can do if thats the only paper you have is to lightly sand some concrete such as a driveway this will reduce the grit so the paper will be more like 800 to 1200 grit.

You said to use wet and dry sandpaper. Which do you use first?
