Didnt notice a difference in compression by using liquid gasket instead of the stock gasket. Dont think i will be able to add a boost port here at home either.... dont have the tools

Anything else i can do with a dremel?

RD RACING is an unknown quantity at this point
a boost port can be added with the use of a dremmel as long as you have some means of holding both the dremmel and the barrell secure, one slip and the barrells gone.

How do I "polish the exhaust port and both internal crankcase halves". What do I need to do this. Do I just use fuel and a cloth or do I use boot polish? or what?

help! Iam really intrested in doing this.

We're now getting 14900rpm with a half crank, no crank case modifications and some barrel porting, and using our own made domes, using a 14mm dellorto and jetted correctly, triple stage reeds.

We have been modifiying and experimenting with CAG engines for 18mths and have the ULTIMATE CAG ENGINE which we Guarantee to be UNBEATABLE, our PRO-CAG on Sunday was smoking watercooled Banshee's rated at 10hp (yeah right) and by at least 1/2 track.

If you want proven performance enhancements by a TEAM that physically races and tests its engines call us or PM me for Prices.
