hey! are we talking about transfere ports being twice the size as stock, i hope not. remember if you go to big or modify the shape direction of these ports, your engine will not be happy.

hey im thinking of trying a port and polish, any help would be greatly appreciated. will a die grinder with appropriate bits be good enough? and polish with wet and dry sand paper?

that would be fine to use and finish the port, just remember to put a slight shamfer around the inner side of port so the rings don,t get caught on the sharp edges, do this with a small file end you can do this if you go through the sparkplug hole, don,t scratch the bore.

if you got a stock cag head, i did what RD racing suggested and it made a huge difference, thanx rd. Take off 2mm from the roof of the exhaust port (closest to spark plug) and 1mm off each side. Make a f**king huge difference!

i am glad your satisfied noidea, but there is alot more to come. you must get more compression ie; .005 barrell gasket, 10mm cylinder boost port, windowed and lightened piston. that will do for the barrell for now.
