Making a Cag HP Pipe

ok so, my friend and I are trying to make a custom HP cag pipe....

^^Demo Photo^^

I was wondering how should we make it

big or thin?

and would we have it go over the spark plug (like a fat boy?)

or around the cyclender(like a jet pro)

I dont know if this is possible, but worth the try .

open to suggestions...

btw

we are trying to put it on a Half Fairing cag

id take the stock pipe and cut the center section out and make it much fatter. that will be alot easier for you.

and what welder is that done with? looks like a mig. you have to turn down the wire feed and go much slower! and weld in a weaving action. it looks like itll leak heaps

id try using the cones from the stock pipe also, & just put a fatter extended ring between them & remake a larger header ,
then just use the old header pipe for the stinger

then again thats a bit of effort id go the lazy way & just buy a jetpro rep lol
