cuting out when not reving

hey guys i just got my 49cc pocket bike and when i let go of the throttle evan for a second the engine cuts out so i thought it might be an air and fuel problem but when i look in the manual that comes with it it doesnt tell you anything i would really apreciate it if someone could help me thanx

wind the big screw in on the carbi untill it idels normal (the idle screw) wind it in slowley
