HELP - Cuttin Out Problem

Well that was just my bike. It works great now. I felt like a retard when i couldnt work out what was wrong with it and it was so simple

hmm yeah, i'll try taping the lid on and see how that goes tomorrow after work. it all used to be fine, though i supose it could have gotten blocked. i think i just didnt put the flywheel on far enough, and when i tried to start it it grabbed n shredded the key. if its the lid i'll feel like a right dumbass....
