maby a fuel block age take the carbie off clean it all than make sure your idle jet and main jet arn't blocked put it back on check for spark if no spark check coil gap (should be a busnis card gap off the fly wheel) ut choke on give it 2 slow pulls than try start it if it still dosnt start pull the plug out and see if wet if so leave it out and wait for the fuel in the motor to dry up before you try it again

You say the spark is weak ? Is it a blue spark or orange ?

Reaper. The spark is meant to be blue.
First thing i'd do is chuck a fresh spark plug in and try start it. If it still won't kick pull the plug and have a look at it. If it's wet the crankcase is probably flooded. I've seen this happen heaps of times and the engine just refuses to start.
