exahust mod

hi i have my stock exahust that i dont use anymore and i have cut it to mod it i have cut 6 cm of the header and im going to add about 6 to the expantion i was wondering if anyone has done something like this and what gains they got from it

This ol trick has been around forever. It the best you can get out of the stock pipe. And it by no means is better than a good pipe like a Fatboy or a jet pro china made pipe

i have heard of some good succese with this mod.Lots depends on the motor mods i think.Give it a go and let us know how she performs

19mm del rep carby,,billet head,billet reed cage, 6/76 gearing,sava tyres
1 fitted with 50cc BZM blata engine ,21mm walbro and BZM gold crank ( dangerous now:o)
1 blata SQ roller only

what metal do you recomend using and what type of welder

if the $50 a good pipe costs means that much to you..

probably just a good mig. TIG would be preferably. low amps - maybe 50 absolute max.

some good old farm steel is probably all youd want to use. no point using any thing special for a bodgy pile of metal slagged together (the stock pipe that refers too )
