Tuning a 46cc blata?

Hey everyone,
I'm trying to figure out what jet to run on my bike
The mods are:
18mm dellorto carby rep
46cc big bore kit
blata reed stuffer

I am running the standard jet,
did anyone have to make any alterations?

And if i was to richen or lean out the 18mm carby, is there any recommendations,
i'm running the factory settings

depends how much you want to spend

getting serious without spending any money increase the reed lift as much as you can (like 10-12mm) and bend the reed stoppers to suit it,

that and match the piston skirt at the bottom of the cylinder to the piston itself. they all seem to not have this done. ill put some pics up if you want.

but i think you really need a digital tach to gauge how well the jetting is (keep changing till you get the max revs. im not sure on the blatas but jetting seems to range from 95-105). that or read the plug. theres a few threads on it here.

BUT if you are taking it on the track get some PMT tyres. the chinese stockers are GARBAGE

Jetting between 95 and 105 is about right depending on the carby and the mods done to the motor if the motor is ported the higher your jet will need to be. Good luck with it.
Once you get the bike running ride it and then take the plug out and read what it is telling ya whit means fatten it up, (larger jet) really dark or black lean it off (smaller jet). remember what colour your after with your plug and you wont go wrong.
