clutch bell cooling..

Hey.
to help cool down my clutch bell could i drill some holes in it?
I brang this up some time ago but it was quickly passed off... Why would it be such a bad idear?
because to but a "self cooling" clutch bell from ozminimoto its $150

You will throw it out of balance unless you have access to Balancing equipment , & could weaken it if the holes are not placed & spaced properly

take a compass and scribe it into equal parts.Then center puch it and drill away.No problems with that.

1 fitted with polini clutch,black widow triple stage reeds
19mm del rep carby,,billet head,billet reed cage, 6/76 gearing,sava tyres
1 fitted with 50cc BZM blata engine ,21mm walbro and BZM gold crank ( dangerous now:o)
1 blata SQ roller only
