Problems with walbro rep

once again i tried to get walbro wt-603 replica working and once again i have failed. Bike keeps bogging out when i give it throttle (sounds like a duck on heroin) And will only run (like an old mole) when choke is on. I'm at wits end with this M.F. Gonna try a 14/14 rep AGAIN!!! and see if it goes properly. If not, it must be a faulty gasket somewhere.

Is the gasket between the carby and manifold installed correctly. There is a pulse hole at the bottom of the carby and if the gasket's up the wrong way and blocking it then it will run badly.

I have my needles set at Low- 1 1/2 turns and High- 2 3/4

Probably a silly question but have you played with the jet screws?

Did you use gasket sealant?
If not you might be sucking air.

CLIFFO what settings did you have on the mixture screws,1 and 1/2 turns on both will start it ,and then you have to set the low idle first. Then at max throttle set the high one untill it peaks out. Then back it of 1/8 turn.Should go well. You might have to tweak the high one out on the test run.
